I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, I have not done my job. I make every effort to pack all orders securely to prevent damage, but if an item is damaged in transit, please contact me right away to make arrangements for a return/exchange.
If you decide your purchase is not exactly what you wanted, please Contact Me for an RMA # [Return Merchandise Authorization]. All eligible returns are gladly accepted within 30 days of delivery. It is recommended that returns be insured. I cannot not be responsible for misdirected or damaged returns. Refunds will be issued by the same method that the payment was originally received. Please Contact Me for an RMA # [Return Merchandise Authorization] prior to sending your return, and note that number on your Order Summary when you send your return. Shipping/Handling/Insurance fee's are not refundable.
Custom orders are not refundable.
